Tech Tip #0 (Engineers always start at 0, not 1!) General Installation Warning Notice: Energy Sentry Demand Management System installation is required to be performed by a licensed and duly-qualified electrician. While many homeowners may feel they may have electrical wiring experience and may be able to perform this task, the installation of an DMS is potentially dangerous and can result in electric shock, injury, death, and property damage. Brayden Automation Corp's policy is clear and rigid. We require all systems to be installed by licensed and duly-qualified electricians. Energy Sentry Dealers are required to have licensed electricians on staff or contract with licensed electrical contractors. Licenses must be held for the city, state, or other applicable jurisdiction where the installation work is being performed. Sorry, No Exceptions.
