Wirelynx Series TR-2000 Powerline Carrier Components

The TR-2000 Series was designed in cooperation with Southwood Electronics, Inc., a manufacturer of Powerline Carrier Components for general electrical control applications from 1976 to 1999, to provide replacements for Southwood products.  The T-2001 Transmitters are direct replacements for the T-16A, T-16C and T-16M transmitters, Channels 5 and 7.  The R-2101 Receiver directly replaces the R-4 receiver, and all R16 series receivers, Channels 5 and 7.  The TR-2000 Series offers newer technology, more power and better noise rejection than equivalent Southwood models.

A unique feature of the TR-2000 Series is that individual transmitters and receivers may be placed at any point on the powerline, providing not only control but also monitoring and two-way talk-back capability.  
The Series TR-2000 provides an expanded product offering with eight different transmitters and eight different receivers. T-2001 Transmitters and R-2101 Receivers are available in 24, 120, 208-277, and 480VAC versions.  Each model is available in either Channel 5 or Channel 7.  Transmitters and Receiver are mounted in a UL-Listed 4" x 4" x 2" fiberglass enclosure with a chase nipple for easy mounting.  A typical receiver is shown below.

Wirelynx Powerline Carrier Products are not X-10 compatible and are not intended to be used in buildings with other powerline carrier systems.
